Not just talking
We’ll do this by having a discussion with you. But just talking is not enough in most cases. Stress can lead to physical problems; your body holds on to that emotional burden. A burden that often does not disappear by just talking. I use a number of methods that can help you. We always look at what suits you.

We always start with an introductory meeting. During this conversation, we’ll see if there’s a click. We need a click from both sides to achieve success. The sessions take place at my own practice space in Heerenveen.
