People have always fascinated me. Where does behaviour come from? Why do people get stuck? Why do personalities clash? And how can people work together better and more effectively? These questions have always occupied me and have sparked my career.
Change comes from people
I followed the HBO course in Personnel & Organisation and started working in Human Resource Management. For years I gained experience in governmental, health and welfare organisations and other non-profit organisations. I noticed that for me, HR means much more than following laws and regulations. Change must come from people themselves.
People-oriented, transparent and results-oriented
Over the years, I have developed my own style, an approach that revolves around people orientation, transparency and results. Since 1996, I have been working independently as an interim HR Advisor and team trainer. I also run a personal coaching practice one day a week.
